The children's collection is housed mostly on the second floor. There the family can find easy books, board books, fiction, parenting, and our new Children's Health Collection paid for with a grant from MVP and the Pleasant Valley Kiwanis Club. Downstairs, there is an extensive video collection and nonfiction titles to help children with their homework. Children are also encouraged to borrow from our growing CD, CD-ROM, and audiobook collection.
All year long there are great programs for kids to enjoy. Make sure to keep abreast in the News & Events section. There is Mother Goose Time, a preschool story time aimed at children ages 1 to 3, as well as craft activities.
